Built It, Loved It… Then the Wind Destroyed It 💨😭
😩 (Don’t Make This Mistake When Building Your 1st Antenna!)
I still remember the day I raised my first 10-foot (3m) electroculture mast.
Weeks of tinkering…
Well, not exactly.
More like late nights “Doom Scrolling” on X... with some sketches in between.
Some more mental masturbation. 😬
(My wife says I do that too often.)
Followed by more sketches with a twinkle of procrastination…
I mean trial and error.
I heard longer antennas were better… right?!
There was no compensation whatsoever, I had to prove to my wife that more conductivity = more charge, which = more impact.
It also cost a lot more… 🤦♂️
No matter… I had this!!!
I’d built harder things before—what could go wrong?
And when I finally finished it, standing there in my garden, copper spirals gleaming in the sun…
I called my wife over. I was super proud.
Finally, an awesome antenna!
I stood back, admiring my work.
>> Proud.
>> Excited.
>> Hopeful.
Then… a week later…
A windstorm hit. 🌪️😢
Not just a light breeze—a full-force, rip-the-laundry-off-the-line, knock-down-tree-branches kind of storm.
The next morning, I walked outside, expecting to see my antenna standing tall, collecting that subtle energy. Instead…
It was in pieces.
The pole had snapped. The wires were tangled like a bird’s nest. My once-glorious creation? Bent, broken, and scattered across the garden like some kind of failed science experiment.
I just stood there, staring at the wreckage.
My heart sank. 🤦♂️💔
All that effort.
All that excitement…
Gone in one gust of wind.
At first, I was frustrated.
I said some mean things to myself…
Then disappointment kicked in.
Reality struck, and I started asking questions.
Had I built it wrong?
Was taller really better?
What did I actually need to make this work?
That’s when it hit me. ⚡💡
I had assumed bigger = better.
That height was the key to capturing more energy.
But the truth?
It depends on the design.
I had built an antenna—not an atmospheric charge collector.
And antennas don’t need to be sky-high to work.
I had made my setup way more complicated than it needed to be.
So, I went back to the drawing board.
Simpler designs. Shorter, wind-resistant versions.
I started focusing on efficiency, not just height. Because when it comes to electroculture, it’s not about how tall your setup is—it’s about how well it works for your context.
That mistake? Expensive mistakes are best avoided. 💸
And now, I want to help you skip that painful (and costly) learning curve.
So here’s the deal:
I’m sending another email soon, breaking down the exact differences between antennas and atmospheric charge collectors—so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
Because knowing which one to use makes all the difference.
It will influence your design and whether you do something stupid like me.
Stay tuned. You won’t want to miss this.
